Some naked dude was super high on a drug I can't pronounce and went to a welding shop asking for a job... He got arrested. All he said was he was looking for a job. The police said they could not understand him very well. I think he went naked because he could not find his suit.

Girl neglected and beaten

 A 15-year-old Wisconsin girl found walking barefoot in pajamas near her home last week told police her father and stepmother had forced her to live in the basement for years and that they beat her, starved her and even forced her to eat her own feces.

The couple, whom The Associated Press is not naming to protect the identity of the girl, were arrested Friday on suspicion of child abuse and neglect, and a judge set their bail Tuesday at $20,000 each, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.

According to a police officer, the girl said her father, 40, and stepmother, 42, had forced her to live in the basement since 2006 and that an alarm would sound if she went upstairs. She said she ate what she could find on the floor and in the garbage, and that her father and stepmother had forced her to eat her feces and drink her own urine.

The girl weighed just 70 pounds when she was brought in, and Dr. Barbara Knox, of American Family Children's Hospital, told police the the girl suffered "poses a significant risk of death" and that chronic starvation had caused her puberty to be arrested. Knox also said the girl would be at high risk for other disorders and complications that can lead to death, according to the cop.

The girl told investigators she fled her home because she was afraid her stepmother was going to throw her down the stairs. She said she had been let out of the basement to "clean some papers" for the woman, who became angry because she wasn't doing it fast enough and threatened to throw her down the stairs.

The police said the girl's father initially gave the police medical explanations for her condition, but a hospital social worker told police there was likely much more to the case.

       A father in Pasadena returned home Wednesday morning to find his daughter being sexually assaulted by a stranger who broke in to the home.
"When I opened the door, I heard very big screaming, my daughter screaming," said the father, who only wished to be identified as John.
John came home from work around 3 a.m. to the screams of his 18-year-daughter coming from her bedroom. He opened her door and turned on the light and was horrified by what he saw.
"I saw the guy, the guy sitting on my daughter's bed," he said.
At that point, he said the suspect waved a knife, threatening John and his daughter as he ran out of the bedroom to escape out the front door.
John said he grabbed part of a disassembled bed frame and used that as his weapon.
"I had no choice, I had to fight," John said.
Authorities believe the suspect used an alleyway to gain entrance to the backyard of the home on the 600 block of Monterey Road. Then he walked around to the side of the house where he used a knife to cut the screen of the victim's bedroom window. John said the window was not locked at the time.
John said when the suspect couldn't flee through the front door the man ran back into his daughter's bedroom and escaped through the same window. John searched outside his home, but the man was long gone. At that point, John's only concern was for his family.
John said his daughter is recovering from the incident.
"She's ok, at the time she was very upset. Now she's ok," he said.
